Our facility houses multiple 3-axis and 4-axis Vertical Machining Centers alongside newly added 5-axis capabilities. Whether you need micro-machined components or large-scale parts fitting our 64″ x 32″ x 30″ work envelope, we deliver precision accuracy on every job. 

 By keeping a complete range of turning operations in-house, Profile eliminates reliance on outside subcontractors and maintains strict control over your project’s lead time. Featuring multiple turning centers, we handle a broad spectrum of part sizes, from tiny .030″ micro-turning up to large 40″ diameters. 

Profile is setup first-and-foremost as a production facility.  Leveraging our experience in the tool making industry we are also able to take on low quantity orders cost effectively. Profile is able to your manufacturing partner from prototype to production.

We have undertaken many production top-level assemblies and have thrived doing so.  Through our capabilities to produce almost any component in-house we have become a cost effective resource for full assembly production.

Shipping perfect parts is Profiles first priority. With a completely isolated and climate controlled inspection area Profile is easily able to control FOD and inspect parts a constant temperature.
